- Visit key customers (HCPs in Emergency and Trauma, Cardiovascular Surgery, Anesthesiology, Catheterization laboratory, Neonatal and Pediatrics, Point-of-care units) with sales for product presentation and demonstration.- Provide product information and training for sales and clinical specialist of company's partner in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia and Brunei.- Support sales team with in-depth information of products and advanced technologies, competitors' strength, weakness and product's opportunity to gain market share and grow existing accounts. - Responsible for product training, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, quality control, method validation and maintain aftersales service for building long term relationship with customers.- Prepare inquiries from customers and internal documents such as product specification, product catalogue, user manual, company letter.- Coordinate with team to create promotional marketing event such as online webinar, hybrid conference, workshop and seminar to enhance academic knowledge and product sales growth.- Support Business Manager in business development project by product surveying and analyze market situation.- Work with Operation team to manage stock and plan monthly order.
