- Provide a range of data analysis & reporting services to various groups across the Victoria State Government public sector (internal DJSIR branches, DTF, Minster’s Office etc.), this includes regular operational reporting, ad hoc analyses, BI dashboards and project services. - Retrieve large-scale data and generate insights for designing, tracking, and reviewing COVID-related support funds, with a total spend exceeding $18 billion.- Enhance existing reporting processes and products by implementing system automations and integrating Microsoft 365 tools.- Design, build and present complex dashboards in Power BI with proficient works in manipulating data from multiple sources, data cleansing and data integrations.- Lead in designing and delivering training programs for internal L&D workshops and onboarding new staffs.- Contribute to the establishment of enterprise BI platform and utilising Power BI premium capacity features. - Contribute to build & maintain customised Oracle data warehouse for capturing snapshots of enterprise data and enabling responsive data extractions and analysis.- Support on migrating database & reporting tools for other teams.

• Gather, organise and analyse customer information to create and enhance business performance reports• Generate reports via Google Analytics and present in a meaningful way to stakeholders• Upload and maintain all product related content onto various online platforms, ensuring product and content is accurately represented and optimised for the customer journey• Monitor and evaluate online platform performance to stakeholders and forecast monthly response and budget• Process online orders & provide customer support• Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns• Liaise with suppliers and other departments to maintain accuracy of product listings

- Retrieve and clean the raw data (corporate deposits and loans) from front-end and back-end systems.- Update and apply financial formulas to generate daily reports for stakeholder's review/signoff, then redistribute reports in visualisation tools.- Build forecasting tools for deposit and loan volume based on historical data and real time transactions.- Set KPI goals (deposit, loan, intermediary business fees, non-interest income, etc) of each marketing team, monitor, analyse and generate periodic/final outcome report.- Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders with different requirement elicitation techniques in complex business environments.
