In my role as head of business administration, I am responsible for accounting and all administrative formalities of the business. Besides that, I support in coordinate projects and their teams.

Guiding founders from near and far to get set up with their company in Zug. Advising on, and leading AG (Ltd) and GmbH (LLC) incorporations, relocations, and other mutations, i.e in the structure or capital of legal entities. Working hand in hand with local notaries and a rich network of excellent specialized business service providers (i.e. FINMA experts, tax experts, lawyers).

As the company grew rapidly during that time, my role evolved into hiring and onboarding of new colleagues, teaching and handing them over the things I was doing before. As a team lead, I would coordinate and delegate tasks and provide feedback.Besides that I was more involved in BD on the partner organizations' side, including proposal writing, reporting etc.And of course, a fun part every year, was to help bringing together the Africa Early Stage Investor Summit.

My role contained various components, including:- conducting social media posts and regular email newsletter updates for startup founder and other platform audiences, such as mentors. - onboarding of partner organizations and managing various partner relationships.- launching startup program campaigns, as well as supporting their application and selection processes through the VC4A platform.- owning the google & meta ads for platform applications and offerings, such as the Mentorship Marketplace and the Startup Academy
