I have been leading WIN - Women in Networking since 2007 when I was asked to take on the leadership following a couple of presentations I had given for the group. WIN was founded in 2002 and has evolved from a local, membership-based networking group to connecting women internationally online and regionally through in-person networking.To expand impact, I am now training other Facilitators to lead using the Win/Win Networking methods, tools and support I've developed for delivering engaging and meaningful networking events for their communities.

Oversee and ensure smooth functioning of all details for domestic off-campus study programs. Coordinate publicity and recruitment. Serve as advisor to students and liaison to programs and member colleges. Supervise a staff of six. Serve as unofficial goodwill ambassador for the department by organizing unique, fun and effective ways of coming together in outreach events, orientations, celebratory gatherings and team-building activities.

Coordinated internship placements and weekly seminars for City Arts and Metro Urban Studies Term programs. Supported operations and curriculum development, co-facilitated classes, identified relevant experts for the curriculum and booked them as presenters. Assisted with student services, public relations, occasional admissions decisions and recruitment strategy. Helped coordinate and create a class-developed mural project. Developed promotional materials. Led alumni relations effort that resulted in a collection of alumni stories. Organized retreats and events including a three-day 25th Anniversary Celebration, City Links alumni series, and Headwaters Walk for Justice fundraiser. Obtained in-kind donations, scholarship contributions, volunteers and grants and oversaw events budgets. Supervised interns and student workers on special projects including alumni relations and multicultural outreach and assessment.
