After being the Owner/ CEO of Superior Benefits for over 22 years, Joe sold his business in 2020 and stayed onboard to help the parent company (Assured Partners) with the transition. After retiring and spending 6 weeks, 4 days, and 3 hours of quality time with his family, Joe started bouncing off the walls. He decided to go back to work doing what he is excited about and started a new career in Real Estate.As a Real Estate professional, Joe has continued that same personal service and is passionate about helping you achieve your Real Estate dreams. With an extensive background in investing, buying, and selling properties, Joe brings a unique perspective, skillset, and proactive approach to the industry. When Joe was looking for a home for his family, his beautiful, picky wife was not satisfied with any homes listed for sale. Not wanting to compete with others, Joe aggressively started knocking on 30 doors of houses that were “Not for sale’ in South Tampa. After three months of knocking on the same doors weekly, three homeowners agreed to sell their home and Joe built his dream home in Beach Park. He takes this same aggressive approach for his clients. Joe also provides private lending or bridge loans for residential and commercial real estate investors. Besides Real Estate, Joe has two teenage daughters and one wife. Their moods at 8am in the morning will determine how good Joe’s Day is going to be.Joe’s hobbies are 5am workouts at the gym to maintain his average physique, running on Bayshore, Football (watching only), and gambling on the stock market.
