Introduced Statistical Process Charts to Senior Leaders to better understand data as well helping new teams visualise their data for the first time, whilst handling a change of data management system. This included using FME to restructure data to create new reporting for the Tribunal team, connecting to APIs to produce spatial data for Home to School Transport and Power Pivots in Excel to produce data that could be shared externally. This sees me performing data entry roles, written and oral communications with members of the public and relevant contractors, and performing administrative support. I work across the department, which includes organising and regulating transport for mainstream education, special educational needs, and social access. Due to staff shortages, was able to perform temporarily in a more senior role which came with a great deal of autonomy and allowed me to implement new processes which made the role more effectively. Within this role, it is common to have to work quickly to organise emergency transport and to communicate clearly for maximum efficiency. My biggest strength in this role so far has been my technical sufficiency, especially my Microsoft Excel skills, allowing me to update existing protocols and assist with any technical issues.
