Leading the PR program for Rakuten AI (Rakuten's AI brand) with two initiatives: Website and SNS establishment and enhancement which managed to grow from 0 to 200k+ impressions, & gathered 500+ potential employees for the organization. Also managing the development of Rakuten Institute of Technology website redesign and launch2. Leading the "Antenna Damage Detection" project which aims to predict bend and other physical damages in Rakuten Mobile's towers from CCTV footages using advanced computer vision techniques. Once implemented at scale, this is forecasted to save 1.3B JPY in installation cost and add over 1B JPY per year for Rakuten Mobile. The project also won the "Most Innovative Project" out of several hundred projects in Rakuten India in 2021 Annual Awards. A US patent has also been filed.3. In charge of strategy and implementation of AI Maturity Framework which is being actively used by over 30 Rakuten businesses to strategize their AI & Data initiatives4. Leading the development of an in-house AI-based resume screening tool PoC which, if productized, will reduce human efforts of screening by over 65%5. Led the end-to-end program management of Rakuten Product Conference - A conference that had over 5k registrations, 5k participants, and over 1.5M impressions6. Leading a team of four business analysts at CDO Office India
