Todd has 20+ years experience managing technically complex IT programmes with an emphasis on agile coaching and transformation in a secure context. He has a technical background; working as a Network Security Engineer and an Applications Developer for the University of Wisconsin Department of Medicine.Todd started an educational data management company before moving on to consultancy work in 2009, working with organisations such as ThoughtWorks and the UK Government Digital Service (GDS).
