As a Senior Product Manager for the TRTC product team, I oversee the development of real-time interactive RTC cloud services for both Tencent's internal teams and external customers. My responsibilities include planning product requirements for real-time interactive SDKs, as well as products such as Cloud Recording, Mixed Transcoding, relay to streaming, Avatar SDK, and more.In addition, I lead the international product group under the overseas strategy, where I promote the renewal and upgrade of the official website of the international website, formulate SDK overseas strategy, export customer pipeline, localized scenarios and novel use case research. I participate in the entire product life cycle - from cost accounting, competitor analysis, pricing strategy to billing and measurement platform, from SDK evolution to new scenario exploration, from product matrix design, official website introduction page, developer documentation, multilingual translation to console design.My role also involves providing English training for sales and solution architects in various regions around the world, as well as attending online live broadcasts and offline salons as a guest speaker. During my tenure at TRTC, the competitiveness of our products, including technology, functions, and ease of access, has been raised to the first echelon in the industry.
