Job Profile:• Branch Sales Manager - CASA• Team Handling• Team WorkKey Areas of Responsibilities:• Handling team of Sales Officers (AAM).• Handling CASA portfolio (NCA & cross sales) for Raja Park Branch, Jaipur.• Acquire new big relationships and manage existing CASA relationships, CASA AVG, CASA MEB. • Building and maintaining good and useful relationship with big CASA customers throw regular personal interaction.• Arrange daily business meetings to sales team and motivate them to improve their business volume.• Generating revenues for the bank by selling all kind of banking & financial products through sales team.• Provide best banking & financial services to customers.• Tracking the competitions’ activities on a regular basis and following up lost opportunities, in any.

1. Responsible for sales of branch (CASA-Salary Accounts)2. Handling team of Junior officers to sales in multiple products

Job Profile:•On-Roll Team Handling•Sales & Marketing•Team WorkKey Areas of Responsibilities:•Handling team of 8 executives (Junior Sales Executives, Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives). •Handling Regional Office & branches of Jaipur Thar Gramin Bank.•Building and maintaining good and useful relation with Regional Manager throw regular personal interaction.•Visit Regional Office & meet Regional Manager for business promotion, Renewals and Branch related issues.•Arrange business meetings to executives & branch managers for motivate them to improve their business volume.•Generating revenues for the organization by selling better products.•Selling the customer profiles internally to credit Personnel for generation more business and meeting customer requirements.•Tracking the competitions’ activities on a regular basis and following up lost opportunities, in any.
