Responsible for coordinating actions to leverage the financial result (EBITDA) of two industrial operations of broiler processing in the State of São Paulo, including production of live chickens, slaughtering and industrial processing and production mix for the domestic and export markets.Responsible for industrial operation of four broiler processing plants in the states of Santa Catarina, Parana and Rio Grande do Sul.

Also reported to me the areas of Industrial Engineering, Capex / Investments; Quality Assurance and Food Safety; Environmental Management; Planning and Production Control / S & OP; Margins optimization (EBITDA); Partnerships Management (Co-packers, including industrial plants, production of chicks, hatching eggs and external feed production).Agribusiness of animal protein, Brazilian subsidiary from Tyson Foods Inc., operating in live chicken production, broiler processing, sales and distribution of chicken meat to domestic and external market, including European Union. Four processing plants, six feed mill, hatchery, breeder farm, six distribution centers. The operations of Tyson Foods in Brazil were acquired by JBS in December 2014.

Key Performance Indicators - KPIs for logistics performance and customer service.Purchasing and Materials Management: Structuring of Purchasing and Procurement processes to ensure corporate governance in acquisitions of goods and services. Capex (investment). Development and evaluation of suppliers. Management of inventory and warehouses. Procurement and logistics of grains (corn, sorghum and soybean meal) and other ingredients for animal feed production. Certification of processes and internal and external audits. Definition of policies and procedures of purchasing.Partnerships and Co-Packers Management: Negotiation and contracting of External Partnerships: Industrial plants (co-packers), day-old-chick production, hatching eggs, feed production.SAP: Design, implementation and use of SAP in all the company's operations (in all areas of production, purchasing, sales, finance and controlling), acting as Owner of the Macro Processes of PP - Production Planning; MM - Materials Management and Procurement; Master Data and Transportation/Logistics.
