I also managed logistics management information system (LMIS) data from health facilities within the region. Upon activation of new sites, I was part of a team that conducted sites assessment exercise to ascertain logistics capacity of newly activated program sites. I was an active member of the Delta State Logistics Management Coordinating Unit (LMCU) and IHVN’s logistics representative at the regional phase 2A product supply management technical working group (PSM TWG) On this role, I further acquired knowledge and skills in warehousing. I managed the GHLI-L regional warehouse, ensuring effective stock and inventory management systems, efficient distribution of HIV, malaria and tuberculosis programs commodities to implementation points, and managed a team of warehouse and distribution officers in a manner that ensured compliance with good warehousing practices.
