Radiance Information is an End-To-End Services Company, providing Software Solutions and Products to it's Clients.Skills worked on: IT: UX Designer, UI Developer, Drupal/Wordpress/PHP Developer, Sitecore/.Net Developer, Tablue/Informatica Developer, Python Developer, AEM Developer, Cyber Security.Working on W2 and 1099 Tax forms for different visas like TN, EAD, H1B, Green Card and U.S.Citizens for Permanent, Contract to Hire and Corp 2 Corp requirements.Identify Requirements & Resources from Boolean Search, Professional & Social networking and Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, Simply Hired, Bullhorn, ZipRecruiter, TechFetch, Vendor Job portals etc).Identify the Requirements Matching the Consultant Profile & Confirm with Consultant on the Requirement before Submitting to the Client.Negotiate the rate, go through the MSA Agreements between both the companies.Prepare the Consultant for the Client Interview by Providing Detailed Information about the requirement.Update the Interview feedback from Clients to the Consultant.Go through the Purchase Order and request for any Changes if Required.Help the consultant in Background Check, Relocation (Accommodation & Travelling) if required.Cold calling Consultants and Clients for Consultant Work Evaluation at Client Site.Present Weekly and Monthly Status Report to the Management.
