I love a good challenge and I will always say ‘yes’ to any opportunity, especially the ones that fall outside my regular scope of responsibilities. There is no better way to expend on my personal skills but I also like to see how the new ideas, processes or approaches can further the company’s brand and attract already existing and new customers with innovation, cost saving, user experience or simple old-fashioned customer service practices. Like many of us, I wear several hats at work and I make it a point to do so. I pride myself in being the go-to person who knows things or will get the answers to the open issues.Here are some areas I excel in and am passionate about…- I love process improvement, process mapping and Kaizen events that simply make everything better. In a relatively short time frame, the daily tasks, life of employees and efficiency of the departments just get better. Making it happen brings immense joy in my work.- Managing projects, interacting with internal and external teams is one of the highlights of my day. I enjoy starting with chaos, drafting road map and putting every piece of the project puzzle in its place. Weekly follow-up, challenges and resolution of issues are the most rewarding part of project management to me.- I am passionate about what I get to do for living and I strive to bring positivity and good vibes to my work place every day.- I am always up for chatting about the new, better ways of doing my job, good books, latest movies or lending an ear to the coworker who needs support.
