Conducting workshops on pattern making & stitching for 1000+ women. I had several key responsibilities as a faculty member responsible for teaching and stitching classes online. Firstly, by creating a well-structured curriculum covering various stitching techniques, from basic to advanced. This includes preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assignments. Secondly, by delivering engaging and interactive online classes, utilizing video demonstrations, live sessions, and virtual presentations. Additionally, By providing timely feedback and guidance to students, promptly addressing their questions and concerns. It's also important to assess student progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations. Lastly, maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering student participation, and promoting a sense of community are crucial aspects of my role as an online pattern making & stitching faculty.
