It's a green field copper project. Initially I was responsible for geotechnical investigation of soil. Executed the tests like Bore Hole, CBR, SCPT, PIT, PLT, CHST, BVT and ERT.Subsequently after starting of the main job I have got the responsibility for the civil execution of entire refinery plant, out of other 2 plants (smelter plant and Non plant structures). From excavation to the final handover to the electro mechanical team for erection of structures and equipments. I am responsible for the billing of the contractors including procuring and issuing of Free issue materials i.e. reinforcement steel and cement along with the reconciliation for the same.

It's JSW, Dolvi. Package was SMS#2 for it's 2nd expansion. I was responsible for the overall civil progress and execution of the structures like Laddle Furnace, Re heating, Converter , Track beams , Laddle break out stand, Laddle stands, Torpedo pit, Cooling tower, gas export stations, substation buildings etc including area grade slabs. Also 3 months was responsible for the execution of Coke wharf (80m x 16 m) and 8 mtr in depth, this structure was an important part of Coke Oven Battery#2.

This is my 1st overseas assignment named Emirates Global Aluminum (EGA), I was responsible as a frontline Execution Engineer to execute the Civil activities of 42 nos. large tank foundations (Shaheen Tankage) for Precipitation unit along with the equipment foundations, apron slab, pipe rack foundations surrounded by this Tank foundations. Total concrete quantity of these tank area were about 23000 cum, executed and completed with World Class Quality and ZERO LTI that was also 72 days ahead of schedule. Sequentially huge appreciation received by the respective Client and L&T as well. An appreciation certificate is attached for reference.

Looked after the Assessment work of the site as well the Scheduling, Costing of the whole Civil Scope. 116000 cum of concrete

As a senior engineer looked execution of all special finishing items parallel to QAQC such as tiling, granite, metallic/non metallic floor, acid proof tiles, aluminum glazing, rolling shutter, steel door, window, false ceiling/flooring etc.

As a GET I have joined L&T, Looked after QAQC department, performed daily lab activities, making documents, making work procedures, ITPs, conducting workmen training etc.
