For the Nepal Seed and Fertilizer Project-- Planned, developed and implemented a pilot project to introduce an innovative market model in the fertilizer sector, collaborating with key stakeholders- farmers, retail agro-dealers, financial institute and government entities.- Conducted market analysis of chemical fertilizer in Nepal; demand and supply trends, consumption pattern, seasonality, identifying major constraints and potential policy reforms.- Conducted a market survey to assess the commercial viability of introducing alternative fertilizer products (Briquette Urea and Polymer Coated Urea) and provided preliminary recommendations.- Developed and monitored project schedules and budgets, collected project relevant data for periodic reporting, coordinated stakeholder meetings/field visits and led information dissemination on relevant project components internally.
