I am working in the recruitment industry for more than five years and i have learned not everything but most of the process there is in regards to the deployment of workers abroad, from recruitment to processing of required documents for their deployment in the job site. I was assigned to be the representative of the company to various embassy located here in the Philippines and some Government offices that concerns the process of Overseas Filipino Workers. As a liaison officer, I gained additional knowledge and skills in communicating with government employees and embassy employees, learned how to work with other people outside our company for the benefit of both me and the company I worked with.
