Designed and implemented a statewide distributed organizing strategy in coordination with the organizing department.

Built and maintained political relationships for the campaign and coordinated communications with endorsers and surrogates in the southwestern region. Represented the campaign in endorsement meetings and interviews when needed.

Created a distributed organizing plan for the AAPI constituency group, recruited and trained volunteers (60% of them being first time organizers) to organize in their communities. Supported over 6,000 volunteer-led organizing events. Created a one of its kind language justice team of over 500 volunteers from across the world who spoke more than 65 languages. Monitored performance of the volunteer team to make improvements to the organizing systems through regular data audits. Worked with the national communications, political, and video teams to identify supporters for local and national press. Supported state constituency organizing in IA, NH, TX, WA and NV.

Coordinated Steering Committee and Policy Working Groups, led the drafting of the platform, maintained relationships with the Press, furnished talking points and research, created a communications plan, prepared the candidate for press appearances, interviews, and forums. Tammy is now the councilmember from the most diverse city council district in Seattle

Managed all campaign activities and progress towards campaign goals, interviewed and hired staff, coached the candidate for forums, created and managed the implementation of the campaign plan. We won the primary with more than 50% of the vote as a non-incumbent, in a field of 8 candidates. Knocked on 17,500 doors exceeding our goal of knocking 10,000 doors
