Responsibilities Handled as Estimation Engineer. Preparing Quotations & cost estimates for Aluminum works. (Such as Doors , windows , Curtain wall Facades, Canopy, Spider Glazing , Skylights, Pergolas, Handrails, frameless partitions & ACP Cladding, Aluminum Screening , Mashrabia etc. ) Quantity Survey for knowing the scope of work. Co-ordination with consultants & contractors representatives for tender specifications & clarification of queries. Detailed cost estimation as per project requirement. Assisting Managers during Cost Negotiations & helping them to win the bid. Preparation of Quotation defining specifications & scope of work. Preparation of pre-qualification submittals and material approvals as per the Quotation & Specifications. Managing multiple Estimation Projects with consistent delivery. Co-ordination with suppliers and managing data base of the prices obtained. Monitoring Ongoing cost to assist Management. Managing data base of the Quotations & Enquiries received from Clients/Contractors.RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED AS PROJECT ENGINEER.• Site Co-ordination and Management of the project from the issue of purchase order to completion letter.• Preparing and taking materials approvals and site inspection approvals.• Monitoring and checking of Shop Drawings for the Project.• Planning & Preparing project schedule.• Preparation of Material List & Glass order for Project.• Coordination with production team to arrange materials for site fixing.• Planning and arranging work at site as per project schedule requirements.• Attending Routine Site Progress Meetings.• Planning Labour Allocation on day to day basis.
