As an Engineer at Nakheel, one of the largest real estate developers in UAE, I apply my expertise in FM, Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of various residential and commercial projects. I collaborate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the clients' needs and expectations.I have over Nine years of experience in the facilities services industry, working as a Facilities Engineer at Deyaar Community Management and as an HVAC and MEP Engineer at Mansions Owners Association Management and BRAYAN GROUP DUBAI. In these roles, I managed, supervised, and coordinated multiple projects involving installation, repair, and renovation of HVAC and MEP systems, achieving significant cost savings, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also obtained several certifications and licenses related to MEP, HVAC and FM. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering, Mangalore, India, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles, design, and analysis. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills that can enhance my professional development and career growth.
