Sales role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to setup meetings, counsel the students on learning paths and the BYJU'spersonalized learning journey

*Measure and maintain the efficiency of the associates who where responsible forsales and also customer care. Perform, organize and streamlining operational tasksto reduce the potential for errors.*Generate daily reports on the business performance of the outlet and also channelpartners using data management system tools. Monitors for problems and takingimmediate actions where possible and escalating when required.*Assist with placements of orders, refunds or exchanges.*Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account information.*Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution tosolve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.*Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
