With a background in Human Development from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), I’ve developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, effective communication, and real world problem solving. Although I have shifted my focus to a considerably different field now, the invaluable skills I have fostered through my education will surely support my transition into a career in the tech industry.As of right now, I am independently learning information technology, data, and cybersecurity, with an emphasis on vastly expanding my technical skillset. I am actively pursuing online courses through platforms such as Coursera to further improve my knowledge and gain practical, hands-on experience.Additionally, I am currently dedicating time towards earning industry-recognized certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, to showcase my hard-earned skills and preparedness to work in the tech field.With virtually every aspect of modern civilization now gearing towards the digital world, technology only continues to become increasingly integrated with everyday lives of billions of people. Consequentially, I look forward to meeting the ever-changing demands of this dynamic career field, while I explore new avenues of opportunities and connecting with like-minded colleagues throughout the process.
