Prepare & review Employee Contract • Handle company legal documents, including expatriate related documents and renew them periodically • Liaise with external parties related with labor and legal issues • Maintain the SOP for HRGA • Prepare for employee over time • Administer leave records and manage the Time Management System • Handle admin duties such as travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, airport pass application and others • Handle Jamsostek and arrange and administer insurance coverage (Workmen's Compensation, Group Hospital & Surgical and Group Personal Accident) claims • Arrange for office stationary and printing • Arrange for petty cash • Prepare and review company policy • Maintain employee database and personal files • Maintain driver schedules • Maintain and monitor all Human Resources functions • Maintain and monitor all General Affair functions for Head Office and Branches

Responsible for Accounts Receivable function, accuracy of invoices including: verifying and approve sales invoice in the system, checking customer code and name, GL Code as well as the currencies.Maintaining & controlling the customer aged receivable refer to agreed limit and term, by doing; consistently follow up and make a proper collection call to customer, verify and check the invoice accuracy (before due), Proactively communicate and update the AR status to the respective Business Unit, and updating cash receipt. Manage the monthly reconciliation of other AR related accounts. Review aging, and maintain aggressive follow up to ensure resolution; reconcile customer accounts such as unapplied cash; create A/R invoices or credits.Conduct monthly AR meeting to provide updated information regarding Aging Report to Management and Customer Services Department.Account Payable:Responsible for activities in the accounts payable function, including: ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, approve the invoices in the system, maintaining accurate records and control reports.Ensuring that all invoices are coded, verified and posted into the system accurately Maintain good communication with vendors to ensure accounts issues are addressed, reconciled and resolved; Ensure timely payment of invoices and expense account documentation, facilitate funds transfer and wire payments; Reconcile and process expense reports; Assist finance team with cash flow management; Oversee, plan and execute the A/P month-end close process, prepare accrual journal entries at month-end as required; Perform statement, bank and reconciliations of other accounts.
