With over 7 years of experience in software development, I am passionate about building innovative and scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. I have a strong background in distributed systems, opensearch, and infrastructure as code, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools. I am currently a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon, solving problems for our selling partners.In my previous role, I build an android application for CT-60 devices that are used by associates to scan the items in the whole foods stores across the USA to build scanograms that support item locations feature on alexa. I also developed, maintained, and supported the backend systems for the above application, including analytics, crash reporting, failure/error handling, and backend microservices that process the scanned data and build the item locations. I collaborate with research scientists, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products that meet the customer needs and expectations. In my current role, I work in compliance space where we build systems to adhere with government regulations like Chemical safety, GPSR, Product Safety, Food Safety etc. I helped build micro services that help the selling partner identify if any of their products do not comply with these regulations and help then get the required documents like lab reports to satisfy and comply with these government regulations.I am proficient in Java, Python, AWS technologies, and opensearch, and I have a Master's degree in Computer Science.
