• Responsible for documentation preparation for Immigrant and non-immigrant petitions such as L1, H-1B, H-1B Transfer, H1-B Extension, H4, L2, Green Card Processing etc.,• Good understanding of the US H1B Work Permit and Business Visa stamping, process and norms.• Prepare and brief consultants who are travelling outside of country and are going for stamping.• Maintaining a complete database of all business and work permit visa stamping.• Ensuring on time submission of petition documents to USCIS• Responsible for HR policies and procedures relating to US work permits, Temporary resident visas (H1B visas) and US immigration processes. • Immigration questions and resolve all issues according to required legal requirements• LCA for the new work locations (Client) and designation, Maintaining LCA & PAF files• Co-ordination with the Law Firm for all immigration process.• Experience in handling Request for Additional Evidences.• Involved in guiding employees in providing correct documents for H-1B and Green Card Processing.
