My Role and responsibilities are:· Analyzed and prepared reports on assets that have been utilized in client locations using Power BI.· Responsible for extracting data from SAP Fieldglass and preparing reports in Business Intelligence tools, such as DOMO, Tableau, and Power BI.· Coordinating with the clients such as Capgemini, Microsoft, and IBM.· Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.· Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods and creating MBR (Monthly Business Review), and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports.· Developed comprehensive reports analyzing various aspects of financial operations including cost management, budget allocation, and revenue generation. Utilized advanced analytical tools and techniques to gather and interpret data, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making processes within the organization.· Responsible for preparing MBR (Monthly Business Review), and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings.

My Role and responsibilities are:· Deals checking based on the specific criteria daily and Preparing reports and Send to the respective teams.· Coordinating with the Team to fill orphaned sheets and preparing Efficiency reports on it.· Circulating the Efficiency reports to the Team in the U.S.· Preparing the reports for internal purposes on a daily, Weekly, and monthly basis.· Auditing the deals of the previous month to find any missing deals.· Expertise in VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, and Coupa.· Creating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) involves several key steps to ensure their effectiveness in evaluating business performance and setting strategic direction.· Coordinating with teams and account managers on candidate submissions to clients.· Checking work hours of candidates to claim the commission for employees.· Active participation in the payroll process of employees.· Preparing Summary on Spend of APAC Clients monthly.· Preparing and updating Google Sheets for forecast & Monitoring files of APAC.· Preparing Survey Reports of APAC.· Updating Datasets in DOMO Tool.· Preparing Dashboards in DOMO for APAC clients using SQL case and ETL connectivity.· Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Business Review presentations to program managers by providing actionable insights on Market trends, Spending analysis, Cost savings, and Headcount analysis.· Responsible for extraction and critical analysis of data, providing guidance based on reporting requirements, and creating reports to establish consistency in data usage.· Incorporate analytical knowledge to assist program managers in decision-making.
