BAS HR works closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support them with all HR requirements as part of pursuing business opportunities as well as acts as a consultant in times of people transition based on change management principles. The role involved providing information on HR policies, initiatives and related data for Request for Proposal submissions, pitching Tech Mahindra as an employer of choice, reviewing contracts to balance HR sections, analyzing client in-scope employees compensation and benefits to provide appropriate HR cost, comparing client employment practices with Tech Mahindra's to identify differences and suggest appropriate people transition approach and support during client interaction. Provided support to proposals with global scope, with a special focus on Canada and US based projects. As part of other projects taken I developed the Culture Code of Tech Mahindra outlining the culture and leadership Do’s and Don’ts in the form of a self-explanatory document. Organized prestigious annual group-wide competition, end-to-end, meant to reinforce cultural tenets and core values among shop floor associates with multiple stages and massive employee participation.
