• Partner with the Human Resources to develop best in class L&D programs• Design, implement and facilitate training initiatives• Identify training needs of employees through job analysis, PMS Process, feedback forms and regular consultation with respective department heads and Human Resources• Formulate training calendar• Produce and facilitate training in-person and virtually• Measures/ assesses training program effectiveness time to time and make requisite changes in the existing training program.• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and skill evaluation by their managers, to evaluate the training effectiveness and identify the need of re-training• Responsible for proper and complete documentation of training data (attendance, Training effectiveness evaluation forms etc) as per the organization• Deliver training courses and online modules• Educate employees about development opportunities and resources• Responsible for maintaining the trainings record of individual employees• To plan, organize & coordinate various employee engagement activities say celebration of festivals, Special Days, employee farewell, various recreational activities in close coordination with Human Resources.

• Lead and manage the client engagement• Lead and manage the project team• Works with designated stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments (amounts, licenses, vouchers, and learning credits, other training products) to meet contractual thresholds• Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to Contract Management core team• Raises iSOWs for regional commitments; raises PO for signed off contracts• Cooperates with Procurement and Finance teams to finalize contracts• Allots licenses/amounts/vouchers/learning credits etc. per finalized regional commitments• Works with and escalates issues to L&D contract owners as needed• Maintains related process documentation and procedures• Maintains additional purchase of licenses or vouchers or any other products under the contract

• Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training to new hires and existing employees on Cvent software products, as well as topics including processes and procedures• Partner with L&D leaders and line of business leaders to assess training needs and design training approach• Create and maintain curricula (course outlines instructional presentations, training aids and assessments)• Collaborate with fellow trainers in the development and maintenance of instructional materials as well as delivery of training• Manage operational aspects of training, including but not limited to scheduling, preparing materials, checking technical specs, tracking attendance and trainee performance, providing updates to hiring managers, etc.• Assist with the development of testing and assessment processes and materials for course offerings as well as ongoing product knowledge tests• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and leadership• Contribute to Learning Management System (LMS) with courses, assessments and other training tools
