Current- Partner with the Human Resources to develop best in class L&D programs
- Design, implement and facilitate training initiatives
- Identify training needs of employees through job analysis, PMS Process, feedback forms and regular consultation with respective department heads and Human Resources
- Formulate training calendar
- Produce and facilitate training in-person and virtually
- Measures/ assesses training program effectiveness time to time and make requisite changes in the existing training program.
