Understanding the client's requirement with respect to the Industry, Company and Position and identifying the key skills and aptitude required to fill the positionIndustry Mapping Identification of suitable resources. This involves -Tracking available resources, Planning a source - AdvertisementSystematic Talent Hunt, based on a headhunting Data management and short listing of resumes through the job portals, referrals & advertisement responses. Sourcing, technical screening and coordinating the preliminary round of interviews of the applicants. Co-ordination of Client Candidate meeting. Reference checks. Interview status report, recruitment update, weekly progress report and MIS maintenance.
