Job Responsibility :Managing regular administrative operations and providing support to managers and supervisors by handling their work.Also a important part of Management in decision making.Creating New HR Policies and Process.Planning and scheduling business meetings and appointments for management.Maintaining soft and hard copies of daily administrative records.Drafting email, letters, memos and presentations as per management’s instructions.Coordinating with all the departmental heads in communicating management’s decisions. Supervising the works of Junior Admin, Reception & MaintenanceTaking care of Joining formalities like. E.code Generation, a/c opening, ID Card issuing, Induction.Maintaining attendance muster, payroll processing, employee grooming standards, etc.Handling all the HR activities.End to End Recruitments. Identifying vacancies, sourcing resumes through job portals, employee referrals, consultants.Salary negotiations and preparing salary fitments according to the grades.Taking care of statutory compliance like PF, ESI.Conducting Appraisals with the respective managers for Confirmations, increments and promotions.Taking care of travel and medical reimbursement claims of employees.Other welfare activities of employees like Birthday celebrations, conducting sports and other cultural activities etc. Also initiating employee motivational activities.Ensuring smooth flow of process while exit of employees like conducting Exit Interview, issuing Experience and Relieving letter, PF & F&F Settlement.Maintaining MIS like, recruitments, attritions, activities, employee grievances. Absconding and Legal cases of Employees.
