I worked on the D2C scale up strategy for an emerging petcare brand and marketplace of one of India's top 5 FMCG companies. As a part of this project, I devised the product portfolio, channel strategies and a 5-year roadmap towards becoming an INR 100 Cr petcare brand. I also worked on devising customer acquisition and engagement strategies and recommendations on the tech front-end features to enable these strategies.
