I have accumulated a total experience of 5.9 years by working in a Fintech company Senrysa Technologies Pvt Ltd. Here I worked as a Sr. Executive in Financial Inclusion project under (Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojona) in RRBs(Regional Rural Banks) like BGVB, AGVB and TGB, under UBI. Project was focused mainly on providing banking services in rural remote areas through the CSP (Customer Service Provider)agents network. Our Client was UBI. We were the service provider on behalf of the bank. My job role as a Sr. Executive was, proficient supervision of CSP teams and maintaing seamless coordination among activities of CSPs, Bank and Technical team and optimum utilization of the workforce and eradication of any CSP inactivity, downtime or idle HHT (Hand Held Terminal). Focus was to make sure every stakeholders were active and working smoothly in synchronisation to achieve optimal productivity of banking services in remote areas. Work Experience Although, a large portion of supervision used to be done through Dashboard, by monitoing entire field performance from Server Gathered Data. KRAs were ranged from scouting skilled, efficient and zealous people, suitable for a demanding and challenging CSP (Customer Service Provider) role, to interviewing, sorting, selecting, finalizing and onboarding them. Their profile creation, training and constant monitoring for persistent performance. In cases of individuals with constant poor performance, consulting, motivating, cautioning and in critical cases termination and replacement with better qualified candidate were also part of the process.
