Pursuing MBA in HR (Major) and Operations Specialization (Minor). Focused to build a career in HRM domain. I have done MBA and PGDM earlier also from Annex College of Management Studies, back in 2012-2014 in Marketing. Later I joined in Operations Domain as a Sr. Operations Executive.I have work experience of 6 years from working in  Sr. Executive profile as a Recruiter and Supervisor of CSPs (Customer Service Providers) in a Financial Inclusion project in a Fintech service provider company, Senrysa Technologies Pvt Ltd. My key areas of responsibilities were CSP Recruitment and their performance analysis, Supervision and replacement and maintaing seamless coordination among CSPs, Bank and Technical teams and optimum utilization of the workforce and eradication of any CSP inactivity, downtime or idle HHT.Key Functions were, monitoing and analyzing entire field level performance from Server Gathered Data. KRAs were ranged from scouting skilled, efficient and zealous people, suitable for a demanding and challenging CSP (Customer Service Provider) role, to interviewing, sorting, selecting, finalizing and onboarding them. Their profile creation, training and constant monitoring for persistent performance. In cases of individuals with constant poor performance, consulting, motivating, cautioning and in critical cases termination and replacement with better qualified candidate were also part of the process.
