- Area commercial strategy development and execution: distribution channels, sales planning, , marketing toolbox execution, budgeting.- The team management and development: 180 employees (headcount + third party).- Key accounts and distributors management

- Development of national strategy for communication platform, budget allocation across trade channels.- Development of trade equipment and consumer engagement activities for trade categories.- Managing the team of 15 employees in 3 departments: Trade merchandising, Consumer Engagement and Relationship building programs for retailers. - National KPIs setting, product merchandising and promotion staff guidelines, that regulate effective consumer targeting.

- Visibility platform development for new product generation for Duty Free markets - Japan, Switzerland and Spain.- Sales and budget forecasting and monitoring for assigned projects.- Collaboration and alignement with Global functions -Trade Marketing, Legal and Corporate Affairs.

- Leading the subordinate sales organization (30+ employees) to achieve sales and Share of Market KPIs- Planning and deploying brands and distribution activities- Negotiations and relationship building with key accounts in the Region.

- Consumer Engagement set up; development of new organizational structure, job descriptions, KPIs and reporting principals.- BTL agencies management, including budgeting, guidelines and performance monitoring. - Marketing toolbox co-creation and deployment strategy
