+Involvement during product development stage(style briefing/pilot etc.) to identify product safety requirements/testing requirements & conduct risk analysis pertaining to specific customer PS requirements.+Participate to PP meeting & communicate product safety standard/requirements which identified during risk analysis.+Monitor the effectiveness of above stated product safety requirements during bulk production.+Maintain & fully aware on customer specific product safety manuals/protocols & latest updates.+Conduct trainings for new recruits & existing carder on customer product safety requirements/guidelines in regular manner.+Conduct weekly/monthly product safety audits & follow up on 3W’s for deviations while communicate with top management during plant management meeting.+Ensure all employees adherence to the fty needle procedure/tool controlling policies.+Follow up on needle breakage/incomplete needles issuing & work with plant teams for improvements.+Communicate & implement customer product safety new updates & update all records/stake holders appropriately.+Ensure adherence to defined Metal Detection requirement for finish products & accessories as per the customer requirement.+Identify, train & develop back ups for critical functions such as MD/needle room operators.+Adherence to CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) testing requirements.+ Conduct internal/external product safety testing as per the customer requirement.+Maintain all product safety documents such as MD records/needle records/testing doc/min.neck stretch checking etc in defined timelines.+Coordinate with customer representative to conduct product safety assessment in timely manner.+Connect with central PS contact for continues PS failures/any layout changes of MD area & product safety process changes as appropriately.+ Coordinate with issue resolution channel on fty product safety concerns.

+Practiced of lean concepts and actively participation in lean calibration activities. +Execution and analysis system reports whilst identifying loopholes and suggestion of recommendations to further system improvements.+Involvement in stock counts to facilitate accurate and independent judgment, whilst assisting in reconciling reports.+Conduct training and awareness programs for new SAP users, to ensure required knowledge is available to carry out the assigned duties.+Worked closely with operations teams to solve day to day system handling issues.+Act as the point person between the SAP core team and the business, to communicate new requirements and assisting to solve day to day system related issues.+Verification of open order’s reports, Generation of write-off reports, to identify, and transferred materials which can be utilized for new orders.

+SAP related activities - delivery creation, gate pass creation, Post Goods Issue (PGI).+Preparing of Stocks Statements & Raw Material Consumption reports for management information.+Communicate & coordinate the deliveries with Merchandisers & Production teams.+Followed up production related KPI’s.+Process improvements & Continuous improvements.+Organize BIQ & Quality Circle activities.+Actively participated for the quality standard audits (ISO, BPO).
