*Conduct site surveys and radio coverage analysis to determine the optimal placement and configuration of RF equipment - 4G LTE FDD expansion deployment for a leading ISP Network.*Monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve issues (Call drops, Data Speed) related to RF signal quality, coverage, and capacity. - VIP Complaint handling for Leading ISP Network.*Diagnose and resolve RF-related problems and faults in the network, including interference (SINR), signal degradation (RSRP), and equipment failures.*Conduct RF testing (Drive Tests) and validation (SSV) to ensure that the network meets performance and quality standards.*Prepare and present reports on network performance, optimization results, and project progress to management and stakeholders.*Provide technical support and training to other team members and clients as needed. - TEMS coverage test tool training for Subcontractors.*Deploy and conduct POCs at client locations - Huawei Lampsite deployment.

*Initiation and Registration of the AIESEC Ruhuna Entity.*Lead and motivate a team of AIESEC members to achieve their individual and collective goals.*Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to develop team members’ skills and knowledge.*Track and evaluate the performance of team members and projects, providing regular feedback and support.*Contribute to the development of team strategies and goals that align with AIESEC’s overall mission and objectives.*Represent AIESEC and the team in various meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

*Monitor network performance and availability using Cacti and other various monitoring tools.*Diagnose and resolve Network outage issues using Cisco Syslogs.*Deploy new Cisco Catalyst 2900 series access switches to new expansions.*Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff regarding network-related issues.

*Install and configure Alcatel Lucent microwave communication equipment, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and associated hardware.*Set up and align microwave links to ensure optimal performance and signal strength.*Conduct Site Surveys to implement new Microwave Links.*Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on-site.
