Surabhi has been an early-stage operator, investor, and consultant in Healthcare Technology for over a decade. Most recently she was a founding team member at Lexington Medical, a Boston-based surgical technology venture. Surabhi led teams in growth, BD, and strategy, to partner with multiple top-tier health systems in the US and globally, driving large-scale adoption of the innovative technology to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. Surabhi was previously a Venture Capital investor with Sequoia Capital and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. She holds a Bachelor in Technology degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
