This role provides the expertise and leadership needed to drive continuous improvement in Agency Distribution. Interaction with leadership stimulates thinking by posing new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom and demonstrate successful application of new LSS methodologies. Reporting direct to the Chief Agency Officer, this role involves dexterity of understanding the insurance business, interacting with business partners to understand their needs, translating business imperative into structured implementation milestones and drive a heterogeneous team to a common goal in the most efficient way possible.Responsibilities:• Support initiation, definition, delivery and closure of lean deployment projects.• Present status updates as well as recommendations to the decision groups and be responsible for the logistics of the meetings.• Perform review function for project and report to the Head of the Lean/Chief Agency Officer.• Publicize and market the objectives of the Project with the rest of the business community within the scope of the roll-out as well as present success stories and track record.• Provide training and build lean capabilities for BU's within scope to drive sustainability. Ensure clear handover at each stage and to the business at closure for sustainability and control.• Devise and implement own self development plan• The role includes responsibility for deployments which involve significant organizational change or significant business impact.• Plan, organize and control projects in order to deliver quality business solutions within agreed timescales and to an agreed Terms of Reference.• Ensures the project deliverables are capable of achieving the benefits defined in the business case.
