Shuttling between loving what I do and doing what I really like ...every single day!Start-up is challenging, rough, tiring, humbling and a fight for survival - it makes you experience the entire spectrum of life's ups and downs in a very short span of time - close your eyes and you'll see single-digit bank balance, struggling to plan for salaries to be paid subsequent day, on the other hand also see an enormous team trusting one brand, and passionately working for it day in and outing - but when its your own baby, there's nothing more satisfying than seeing it grow, every single day!I have worked across various domains in several capacities. Also, my urge to know more took me to rural India to know rural trade, fair practices, and being from farmers' family understanding the things became easy. Then traveled to Sri Lanka on an exploratory trip to know the market - each of those pieces forming a big a part of my story!I love taking over challenges - be it turning around a bleeding business, launching a replacement category during a competitive market, building a marketplace for a replacement brand, or, building a venture from scratch with the sole objective of helping people getting back their healthy and natural lifestyle!
