Prepare daily, Monthly and quarterly reports for portfolio manager and clients. Prepare presentation for the portfolio managers to help them for taking strategic decision related to the portfolio accounts. Co-ordination with various team for assembling the data which help to prepare the presentations. Working with Automation Project Team to identify the areas where automation can be done. Extracting the distribution data for the funds from Internal System and provide them to client. Uploading the factsheets/presentations on the compliance portal and provide information to their query to help them to approve the factsheets. Preparing the quarterly breach report for the onshore team. Taking the sign off from stakeholders, portfolio managers for quarterly reports across DWS. Implementing changes to the report templates as per the client requirements. Preparing the KOP if any new report is introduced in the process. Daily work allocation to the team members for the smooth flow of process. Preparing KPI on monthly basis. Root cause analysis of an error and provide an adequate cross-check for it.
