>> Projects:1) Steady state dynamic analysis (FRF)• Observed HVAC behavior when subjected to dynamic loading condition and identified weakest location in the structure.• Suggested design modifications based on the stress & deformation result. Improved result accuracy with mesh refinement.• Used tetrahedral element for FE modelling & frequency-based linear dynamic analysis method. Abaqus were used as solver.2) Modal analysis of HVAC, Radiator, IP assembly and Center Console assembly• Performed model analysis to identify structural integrity between the parts in the assembly, preparing detail report of modal analysis showing details of the mode shapes and natural frequency to visualize behavior of the structure.3) FE modelling (Shell & HEX) of solid structural parts• FE modeling (Shell) for HVAC structural parts and (Hexahedral mesh) for parts such as HVAC gear mechanism, compressor, radiator tank, side support, header, tubes, fins, blower wheel, intercooler, ACAC, etc. Improved delivery time with solid thinking and techniques

>> LS-Dyna Projects1) Drop test of 10 liters and 20 liters paint bucket • Performed drop test of paint bucket and observed the stresses & allowable plastic strain in it during & after the impact. • Used SPH (Smooth particle hydrodynamics) element to fill the bucket and shell element for the bucket to build FEM model. Bucket is dropped from the 1.2m height. Created detailed report suggesting design improvement near the failure area. 2) Seat belt anchorage test analysis • Created FE mesh for the structural parts of seat assembly, also involved in creating contacts between the parts, assigning material, defining load and boundary conditions and assisted for the analysis setup of SBA with required safety regulation.FEA Modelling Projects1) Instrumental panel and console centreDescription-shell mesh of glove box assembly, cockpit, HVAC system, steering system and carrier, console carpet, air vent bezel, cup holder.
