1) To monitor all the activities and performance of the Ash handling plant operation in the assigned shift.2) I Monitor and Coordinate the day to day activities of outsourced agencies/Vendors.3) Responsible for optimum utilisation of resources, man management and contract management.4) Adopt and Implement a detailed operation plan to minimise failure resulting in stoppage of work.Provided Solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors-Used root cause failure techniques,corrective action, modification and perform replacement or new installation.5) Development of Operation manuals and procedures, PPT,SOP etc.6) Responsible for Safety Standards, use of PPEs & assured safety measures were followed.
