The scope of work includes the construction of Grid Substations GSS to achieve Power for all (PFA) and improve quality of power supply to domestic , commercial and industrial users in the state of Jharkhand. Package 01A includes the construction of the following Substations in Ranchi district:1. 132/33kV 2x50 MVA GSS at Angada.2. 132/33kV 2x50 MVA GSS at Irba.3. 132/33kV 2x50 MVA GSS at Silli.4. Additional 2 line bays at the existing Kanke GSS.

Part of Project Monitoring Group.1. Facilitating for timely project deliverables and Coordinating with project stakeholders this includes over 100 project employees , including in house , external contractors and sub-contractors; attending meetings and discussing project details with clients, contractors and suppliers.2. Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects in respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance.3. Monitoring Engineering status , Project Progress , Cash Flow and timely commissioning.This includes :1. 765kV Substation at Dharmjaygarh.2. 400kV Bokaro GIS Substation.3. JSEB 220/132/33kV GSS at Chaibasa , Madhupur, Mango , Ranchi & Ramchandrapur in the state of Jharkhand.4. Closure of 400kV GIS at Pandiabill Substation Odisha.5. 765/400/220/132kV GIS Package SS01 & SS02 ( Purnea, Kishanganj, Gaya , Muzaffarpur , Birpara , Baripada under PGCIL & BSPTCL )
