Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with Mphasis's business objectives, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Mphasis, fostering strong relationships, understanding their talent needs, and providing proactive recruitment solutions.Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with Mphasis's leadership to define recruitment needs, including skill requirements, hiring timelines, and budget constraints. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds recruitment targets.Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening process to identify and engage qualified candidates. Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and Mphasis's hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both parties. Provide interview training and support as needed.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, reflecting positively on both Aptask and Mphasis.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to Mphasis's leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as Mphasis's diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
