 Ensuring compliance to laid down procedures (SOPs) and as per GMP in all the departments Warehouse, Production, Engineering, QC and QA. Ensure that all procedures related to manufacture, packaging, testing, release and distribution are documented and are under document control。 Responsible for IQC / PQC/ FQC/OQC/IPQC/FAI related activities. Responsible for shift manpower arrangement and provide basic training to new manpower. SMT & Customer end Defect monitoring and Improvement with DMAIC. Good Knowledge in SMD component, QMS, MSL, ROHs, Component pitch, Solder Paste, Glue, PCB, Shield Cover, HIC and LCR/FAI machine. Knowledge of PCB Assembly, PCB components and Surface Mounting Technology. Responsible Customer complaint handling and quality assurance. Worked with solder Paste Board & Glue board and Familiar with SMT component.  Provide appropriate countermeasures for OQC rejection and conduct IPQC Process Audit, ESD Audit,4M Violation and defect Feedback monitoring assurances. Arrange monthly meeting of customer end issue and OS&D, take improvement plan through Production.  Knowledge of Quality 7Qc Tools,8D Report, SIPOC Digram,7Wastes, RCA, 5Why Analysis, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, Control Chart and ISO standards. Familiar with documents preparation e.g. Work Instructions and Control Plan. Responsible of PCBA Analysis and Scrap Analysis in OS&D Area. Ensure that 5S practices are implemented at all times and involvement of KAIZEN activity. Knowledge & working experience in related MES & SAP Process, Calibration record maintain of instruments. Responsible for making checking standards and check sheet, Acting as main point of contact on all quality matters internally & externally. Implementation of 7 QC tools and control chart (C-chart, U-chart, NP-chart and P-chart) on shop floor. Familiar with understanding data sheets & Drawing of new parts in the product. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Identify CTQ, CTP in the process and develop improvement plan accordingly  Knowledge of daily/weekly/Monthly summary report Testing of product like PCB and CTL assay.
