• Work closely with Client to deliver best service.• Well versed with tools like Beeline, My Order, Headtrax• Accountable for backend work like updating the hiring manager, CostCenter on PO and VMS tools, End Date, PO number, approvers etc in the VMS tools.• Audits - Exits and Start audits on Monthly duration.• Working on reports like accrual for various departments• Sharing the invoice report to client• Approving the expenses, reimbursement and tracking timesheet• Working with various department if there is any discrepancy in invoice clearance• Establish and manage communications / escalations, as necessary, to ensure that issues are resolved within the severity guidelines and clients are contacted with updates and resolutions

• Booking deals of all regions (NAMER, APAC, EMEA and LAD).• Doing IQ report for the NAMER region and the SPOC for NAMER Region.• Processed high value and complex deals.• SME for the team.• Involvement in many of the conference calls for stakeholders.• Providing training to the new joinees.• Sending various report to the internal member at regular basis.
