My Professional career started at RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd., Chennai Plant as a Product Development Engineer where I involved with the development of New Product which includes identifying the needs and goals for a new product, from function to aesthetics for which I often have to coordinate with market researchers and materials suppliers to evaluate customer needs, existing competition and potential costs. Then a design is created using computer-aided design software and fabricate models as per the customer drawing. After refining and reviewing initial designs, specifications and procedures is delivered to manufacturing teams who can then begin production.
