- Created and automated the visualisation of data using powerBI ensuring a smooth performance of day-to-day tasks for my colleagues.
- Initiated project management and issue tracking using Jira and trained everyone to use the tool to better communicate with each other with clear deadlines and provided a clear tracking for the managers.
- Explained the business reasoning behind the different analysis and coding logic behind the dashboards created by the developers to better involve them and in so doing got meaningful input and improvements to already.
