Heading the Design department for Electronics division of Sushma Industries Private Limited with responsibilities of New Product Development, Platform development, New technologies scoping and standardizations. Involvements include working with System on modules, System on chip, HMI development, Quick prototyping and deployment. Have extensive experience working on Microcontrollers, developing Modules for interfaces, Integration with Machine and prove out. Experience in handling vendors for Electronics Design Services, Electronics Manufacturing Services and Installation and commissioning of equipment. Involved in product certification including CE, maintaining compliances of government tenders and agencies.Undergone Audit from third party compliance and regulatory bodies including ISO, Pilz and for EMI/EMC.Supporting in procurement process with vendors and maintaining supply chain process for standardized products.

Worked as a Freelance consultant in establishing process for platform development to launch improved product portfolio. Improved the vendor base, established a Electronics Design and Manufacturing baseline and vendor management and evaluation systems. Initiated development of over 30 products with creation of SOW, project plan, review mechanism and periodic updates to management, CEO and Board.Engaged and interacted with external consultants to onboard, execute and maintain the systems at hand with addition of product to the sales portfolio.

Tasked with taking over the Electronics department, worked through to establish the development and maintenance of existing platforms and over 20 products. Identified and worked to find suitable replacement of legacy product from Texas Instruments (Luminary Micro). Prototyped multiple microcontroller and microprocessors including LPC series from NXP and STM32 series from STMicro to SBC including Rapsberry PI and AM335x based SBC to develop the firmware and BSP. Upgradation included further streamlining and executing application porting, UI/UX development using QT Creator IDE and tweaking the BSP provided by third parties.Involved in hiring the team from scratch and establishing process, Metrics of performance measurement and building scope for the project at creation, planning, execution, documentation and maintenance.

Experience in developing and deploying data and reporting solutions for customers in Microsoft Business Intelligence. Tasked with working in multiple geographies including Japan, APAC and Middle East. Headed a project from Middle east as onsite project coordinator with engineers from Offshore to develop.
