With a master's degree in computer science from the University of Delhi and another one in computer applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, I have a strong academic background in the field of IT. I have also obtained certifications in front-end development and digital marketing from Techkriti, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, which demonstrate my versatility and curiosity to learn new skills.As a QA Engineer at Incursion Tech, I have over three years of experience in automation and manual testing using demanding technologies like Selenium WebDriver with Java, Bugzilla, and TestNG. I have honed my skills in all phases of SDLC and STLC methodology and process, and performed functional, non-functional, and regression testing for various web and forms applications. I have also contributed to test case design and execution, defect tracking, SQL queries, scripts, and DB testing. In addition, I have mentored and nurtured new team members, assisted the project manager in assessing project health, and managed stakeholder communication with different work streams. I have received feedback and appreciation from both the managers and clients for my work quality and performance.
